Requires "Access Key" Where's the Key? 😡

Requires "Access Key" but there are no instructions for getting a key. It says that a Key should have been emailed to me. How were they going to mail a key without my email address? I cannot give them my email address without first entering the key. They ask for the email address at the same time as the key!
