Made it worse with the update
Whoever thought auto-capture would be faster or more convenient than manually taking a photo seriously needs to reconsider this decision. Previously, the dedicated camera button made it quick and easy to take a picture exactly when you wanted. You could also zoom out when necessary to make sure important details, such as the house number, were clearly included.
Now, those options are gone. You either have to tap the screen to take the photo or wait for the auto-capture countdown and hope it captures the right image at the right moment. Instead of making the process faster and easier for drivers, this update has made a simple task more frustrating and less reliable.

Bad nag
If you make a wrong turn, this app will not tell you. It does not correct you! I drove for twenty mins before I realized I was going the wrong way

Самое конченое приложение которое я когда либо видел,это тоже самое что смотреть на сварку и не моргать,после его использование будто положил свои яйца на сковородку и начал тушить с закрытой крышкой на медленном огне

This is an amazing routing software!
Don’t waste your time let alone money.
Used this app to organize a trip between video game stores. It put things in an optimal order but sucked for navigation. After the first stop it got stuck, then skipped the next stop and totally froze. Can’t believe people pay $20 a month for this program.

Hallo, diese App ist wirklich einfach super man kann sie gut nutzen und sie erleichtert einen Paketzusteller. Eine große Arbeit. Jetzt ist aber das Problem es ist jetzt neben den Stopps die Straßennamen stehen jetzt da und dies erschwert uns die Arbeit. Bitte ändert das sofort

L’application est parfaite mais des fois je comprends pas, car quand je veux optimiser avec le bouton affiné, il n’est pas toujours à disposition pour que je clique dessus
Muitos bugs
Cada atualização, uma feature nova junto com vários bugs. Ninguém quer saber de nomes das ruas no meio do mapa, onde no fim tudo desaparece do nada.
Normalmente eu nem avalio apps, mas por ser um app de mensalidade cara, deixo aqui minha nota baixa.

Hey, I used to download, as needed, and was thinking of taking this app to my company, but it looks like the latest update doesn’t allow you access previous accounts. Can’t even do a brand new

Saves Time
I love the app saves time and helps me review the time and orders that I deliver.
Ruined my day
I usually do 98 -160 stops a day, but this app won’t let you do more than 40 stops which is frustrating. Because I wasted a good chunk of my work day entering addresses only to find that out and that optimization and the whole route planner app, then paywalls you to optimize a route or completely start fresh and delete the route unless you pay which I find extremely frustrating because they could’ve stated that and have done that in the beginning before you get into the app to do all of the addresses and waste peoples valuable time just to be held hostage later after entering all the addresses and set up to be told you have to pay for a subscription in order for you to use route optimization for 40 addresses, which isn’t that much

Worst update
This is the worst update. I can no longer see the stop ID on the icon, and now I have to zoom in just to see the stops. Please fix this and improve the layout.
Updates are horrible
With every update this app turns more and more into trash. I’m going to stop paying if they keep this up. Stop adding new features that break the app. Stops go missing. Have to force close out of app and get back in to see them again. In app maps are horrible. I’ll be one street over and it says I’m at the stop, then I have to hit restart. Trash app!
