Excellent app but a few enhancements would make it even better
A really useful app that co-ordinates a large number of people.
It would even better if it were possible to un-clutter the screen by:-
1. Allowing the user to opt in/out of subgroups
2. Being able to decline an event that you know you cannot make before the invite goes out.
3. Adding a visual clue on the Home Screen to show which events have been accepted/ declined/ unanswered.

Thanks for your review! You will be happy to hear we do have this filtering - on your home tab tap where it says "Upcoming" and you will see a toggle to hide declined events

A response of MAYBE would be useful
I use it to schedule golf events some of which are up to a year away when people don’t know yet if they will be able to attend. To respond YES is confusing to the organiser if they turn out to be only a maybe and if they respond NO then that is confusing for them. So the option of responding MAYBE would be very useful.

1000’s of notifications
Why can I not leave a subgroup?! I am in a group with 6 subgroups, I want invites from 2. But I HAVE to have invites from all 6 each week and individually decline each one!? I hate this app so much but apparently it’s the way to book onto events so I have no choice. Please get a QA team.

Annoying but no choice but to use it
The app is full of micro annoyances, and it’s actually been made worse in recent updates so that there is more advertising space. The basic functions take a lot of effort and aren’t smooth at all
Availability
Update has removed all the availability of the players for all the upcoming fixtures
Remove photos
I wish there was a way to hide people’s profile pictures. I prefer seeing initials to photos. This seems like it should be an easy option but it’s not .

The tasks need to be specific
When assigning tasks can people select a specific task. Multiple tasks available to choose from.
New in-app “notifications” not an improvement
I don’t know who you consulted about the new design, but it wasn’t me! It just makes the whole app slower. Bloatware!

Best in class
I have tried a few apps for managing my team and I think this is the best around. No Ads and stable. Add polls and organise other stuff around community teams such as canteen duty is great. Assign tasks is also really useful. I would like to see a “maybe” option for accepting to play. Sometimes there are injuries that maybe good by the weekend but not sure. This will allow me to follow up directly. But still the best around.

Helpful and handy
We use this app for my youth organisation and it’s been nothing but handy since day 1.
Numbers need to be updated
I think the app is great and does what it needs to but sucks that I had to use a family member number since they have not updated their area codes so my 329 area code number couldn’t be used. That made things a bit more annoying. Other than that it’s a fine app. Someone really should look into that issue.

This is a really good app and has been so helpful organising for my university society. The one thing it could use is a reply feature on for the messages. If you can add that, it’ll be even better.
