Nothing but problems
My subscription renewed in August. Ever since then I have had nothing but problems with this app. It won’t go live to Facebook even with good connection and approvals on the Facebook app. And it won’t save videos to my phone. It keeps pausing the recording while we are playing and the segments do not save to my phone. I have tried everything I can think of including freeing up storage, changing settings, deleting and reinstalling the app, all of the things recommended. At this point I have lost so much game footage that I now have to have a backup recording and I’m not able to live stream. I have no faith in this app. I’m ready to move on from it. I would like a refund of my subscription.

Doesn’t work
Attempt to stream matches on Facebook but after verifying email passcode it just spins. Nothing happens at all. Other option in YouTube but must have so many followers to stream from phone or use a laptop. Paid way too much money to never actually get to use.
Couldn’t get verification link
I signed up and registered so I could film my son’s volleyball games but I was never sent the verifying email so apparently was useless. Tried with two different emails and checked spam but nothing.

I used to love this app
I’m at the Volleyball Nationals in Orlando, and twice this week this app has crashed without warning or notice. The videos become segments, and I don’t know how to recover them for use in other capacities. I would love to speak to somebody in customer service to figure out how to get these segmented files to work. A big fix for it crashing would be great too
