Great product with amazing support
The sport diver app is great — very straightforward to use, which is nice if you’re 50 feet underwater. The unexpected surprise is topside: the staff support is amazing! They helped me solve a problem (that was my fault) right before a long diving trip. I’m really impressed.

First, the app works great. Much more than that, the staff supports you all the way; prompt, friendly and totally focused on your experience. I'm really impressed.
Does not support HDR photos
App is finicky but I could accept that if it supported HDR for both photos and videos. It only supports videos.
No 25 fps PAL
I am a cameraman and i’m suprised that the app does not support PAL 25fps and 50fps. Europe standard. Please upgreat for us. Thanks
Worked a treat
For a first timer without experience, this worked great for me. Super sharp photos and videos from my iPhone 16PM. Very ergonomic under water. Couple of niggles:
- the provided laniard is too short
- the provided batteries died on the second day with not enough warning
Battery usage on the phone was no issue for me. Following the manual’s advice of switching to airplane mode and quitting all apps let me do a full day’s diving (3 dives) without opening the enclosure, and still have ample power at the end of the day. But next time, I’ll use a brand new set of batteries for the enclosure every day, unless i’m certain to be able to open the enclosure part way through the day.
