FALTA INTERFACE CENTRAL

La app está bien, pero le falta una parte central de noticias y que los horarios / resultados de todos los equipos lo puedan ver todos los jugadores.

Constant notifications and adds “donations” to parents fees

Fine to keep track of games but the constant notifications and reminders are annoying. The process for paying fees is sneaky, they add on a “voluntary donation” automatically and it’s usually missed by parents until they’ve paid and they realise the amount is higher than the fees. Have a donation tick box by all means but to prefill with an amount is sneaky and would put me off giving any donations in the future. Prefer WhatsApp for team comms

Thanks for the detailed feedback! On notifications : you can fine-tune exactly which alerts you receive directly from your profile settings, so you stay in control of what reaches you. On the donation pre-fill : we understand it can feel surprising, but this is actually a transparent way for clubs to offset payment processing fees. Each transaction incurs a commission, and clubs can choose whether to absorb it themselves. The amount is always visible before confirming. On WhatsApp : we hear you. The reason SportEasy keeps communications within the app is to create one official channel, separate from personal and professional chats, so nothing gets lost and the whole team history stays in one place. Good app overall, poor UX/UI

The app is very useful to manage our team and football league. Still it’s missing a bit of care in the visual aspect. I can’t seem to get a full picture of the standings, with all the teams and all the stats. Both on the phone and web version, there’s a lot of blank space that could be distributed better to have a better view.

Also, why can I only enter the results via web? Why can’t I do it on the app for the rest of the teams?
