So I got camera when I got it it was doing a green light and it said this unable
Frustrated
I bought this camera as a “pet cam”. It is labeled as a cat camera… The app disconnects from the wifi as soon as it closes. The camera is then out of range and no way to reconnect it.
It keeps telling me to allow local network permissions, but they are already allowed.
Please fix? I tried using another app with this and the camera does not connect. If you won’t fix, I will have to return and find another that will work.
Also - there’s no way to attach a photo here, but the instruction page, and settings and everything else that has writing - is BLACK. The background is BLACK - i can’t read anything. Your app is NOT ADA compliant or user friendly.

Another app works
Whoever left the review on May 24th saved me from insanity. This app does not work for the “ thumb sports camera”. Iv always thought you had to use the app the product told you to use. Ha I had no idea you could use other ones. After trying to connect the camera for almost and hour, I deleted the app and went to reinstall when I noticed the may 24th review. So I installed the app that person said to install, and I was connected 40 seconds later. The app Viidure.

app doesn’t even work, try to connect to camera? good luck straight to settings you go. wanna see what you recorded? nope. just cheap slop going back to my gopro
App is the problem
(The app is bad I just did 5 star so you’ll read it) The camera your using is most likely not the problem it’s the app, I suggest the app Viidure it worked in less then 2 minute, it’ll do the loophole thing with the Bluetooth unless you click cancel then it should work
Won’t Connect
I was able to connect once and never could again. The seller told me try deleting the app and trying again. I did it and still couldn’t connect. If I could give it 0 stars I would

Can no longer view files
Since the last update I can no longer view files. The app crashes everytime I try and view them and click on the memory card logo. If I can’t view the files I’ll have to send the camera back as faulty. Please fix this fault.
Horrible App
Bought a camera to record rides on our motorcycle and every time we try to watch them through the app it glitches and crashes. Really unhappy with the fact they have zero IT support for their app as well
Crashing
App will not connect, keeps crashing, won’t load memory stick. Horrible product needs a revamp.

I need help with the app
The camera is good however when I go to look at my recording the app crashes every time. Were really confused about it and don’t know how to fix it

This app glitches out and constantly crashes. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it twice but it didn’t help. I don’t even have to do anything but open it and it crashes. Kinda defeats the purpose of having an app for a $100 camera if it won’t stay open and synced with the camera. I’d give it a zero if I could.

Glitching
The app glitches like crazy to the point where you can’t actually use it with the camera. It randomly shuts down without warning. Please can you fix this?
App crashes after update
Please fix the app. I can’t look at recordings due to the app crashing every time I try to go to that section. This is very frustrating.
Works fine.
Once I got used to the overall operation of the body cam and the app I was on my way out the door for dog training. Everything works fine.
Wants permissions it doesn’t need.
Why is this stupid app asking for permission to access Siri and search? Pretty sure this needs to be removed from the App Store.

I have never used an app that this bad. Waste of money buying the camera that uses this (ClipCam). It was cheap but not worth the price

It would connect, you have to press the button twice for connection. But not it is stuck on a blue light, it shows connection but won’t connect, i held the button for 5 minutes it didn’t turn off.
