No pace on locked screen

Some reason they now want km/hr on the widget/locked screen iPhone running, rather than current running pace. Can’t change it back. App useless now, it’s Strava time now

No good anymore

I used to swear by this app for my occasional usage. ive used to for a long time. But all the useful features like a breadcrumb trail and altitude/speed graphs are now removed from the free version and i cant justify the subscription cost for occasional usage. Its junk to me now.

Can’t save workouts

I have used this App since it started and have loved it.
But after the most recent update it is more complicated to save a workout at the end of it. The time lets you pause but no save button rapidly available or obvious. How do I save each individual workout.

Update

I have only just discovered the app has been updated. How do you save a workout on the new version. Very confusing

Newest Update

I dislike the new update for non-subscribers very much. It’s just a lot of busy work making it look like you improved it but it actually made it worse. The interface is actually more complicated without accomplishing a thing and without demonstrating how to use it or to send us any kind of message about it. Just “wham” I had an update. I didn’t even have a choice.

Excellent!

I use Sports Tracker and Strava simultaneously. Sports Tracker since about 2011(?); S.T. is simpler, and has good features that I think are great!
It also does not have this A.I. with fake compliments.
Overall A+ so I subscribe because I appreciate this APP.
Update 02/2026.

Best app on Apple Watch

This app only need the ability to create custom workouts in the app. This is perfect

Tut, was es soll

Alles top.

Glitches

I used to love this app,I do lots of workouts and there is a glitch if I do a workout on one day and do another one next day (a different kind)it still shows the one from previous day. Such an annoying thing! Tried to edit but it stays in the main table. Too bad. I’ll
Look for different app

Used to be a good app

I agree with Joe. This used to be a really good app. Now they want to monetize all the features. I hate to switch to another app because I have several years of workouts recorded. Oh well.

You took away the best feature

The version released recently (October 2025) is a colossal step backward. You took away the search function. This had previously enabled us to search on run description, months, year etc. That’s now gone so there’s no way to see all of a particular run together. Very poor. I presume it was a decision by some IT nerd, rather than someone who gets out and exercises.

Downhill

I used this app a ton a couple of years ago when I was running almost every day. I recently opened this app for the first time in a while and was disappointed to find that many of the features that used to be free are now only accessible with a premium subscription. I know that many companies, apps, and services have started doing this, but it is still frustrating. It would just be nice to have something that is simple and works well be accessible in a way that doesn’t rely on recurring payments and capitalist greed.

Worse and worse with each update.

It was bad enough when they started turning free features like map playback into Premium features. Now you can barely see the screen behind the constant pop-ups urging you to “upgrade” to Premium. It’s only a matter of time until GPS tracking and seeing the static map after a workout will be Premium. This is an app that can help stroke survivors like me keep track of how well we’re working out but the maker is too mean-spirited and greedy to care about us.

BEWARE!!

Do not get this app!! I used this app for a few years and really liked it but something has changed recently and my workouts haven’t “updated” since June. Customer service is ABYSMAL and IMPOSSIBLE to find a phone number. Text chats go in circles of “how can we help…send screenshots of app and login…we are escalating this…your problem appears resolved” over and over. I’ve done all the trouble shooting over and over.
I’m finally resigned to the fact that this app is a scammy app owned by a Chinese company now, convos are auto generated, I won’t get a refund on my premium membership…Just stay away from the paid subscription - so infuriating it has such good reviews still.

Mr Tohid

I’m using about 10 years this app and today I realised that is not accurate. I run about 15 KM and has been counts just 9.5km. My friend was running with me and he used Strava. On Strava showing about 15.2KM. I was running about 1h25 minutes and the app stopped even 5 minutes before end of my runs.
Now i had to correct manually the KM on edit. I hope you guys fix that issue otherwise i have to leave this app. Thanks

Surprisingly Perfect App for Mobility Scooter & Chair Tracking!

I’ve been searching for a simple and effective way to track the usage of my mobility scooter and mobility chair—specifically distance traveled and time. While googling options for iPhone apps that could do this, I unexpectedly rediscovered an old app I had forgotten about: Sports Tracker.

Originally, I downloaded this app years ago and deleted it due to lack of use. But I decided to give it another try based on my current needs—and to my surprise, it works perfectly for what I want. Although it doesn’t have a specific “Mobility Scooter/Chair” tracking mode, switching it to Cycling mode (and later discovering the e-Biking mode) turned out to be an excellent workaround.

The app tracks route, time, and distance accurately. I now use it regularly not only to monitor scooter usage but also for dog walks with my German Shepherd (who needs a lot of exercise) and my two other dogs who require less. It helps me plan routes, track what we’ve done for the day, and ensure everyone gets the right amount of activity.

I also plan to use it during visits to amusement parks to track how far I’ve traveled throughout the day. This will give me a better idea of how much battery I’ve used on my scooter or chair.

Even though I don’t need the premium features, I gladly paid for the annual subscription to support the developers—because honestly, this app has been a game changer for me. It’s a great tool that deserves recognition and would be even better if they added a dedicated “Mobility Scooter/Chair” tracking mode.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to track mobility device usage or even just daily activity. Solid performance, user-friendly interface, and fantastic value.

Adding the paywall to already in app features makes this app useless

I originally got this app because I go long boarding a lot for exercise. And while I could put skating in the apple fitness tracker, it never tracked distance. That’s where SportsTracker came into play, it would track distance and show me the map of where I went. Well they took a pre-existing feature of mapping my rides and put it behind a paywall, making this app useless to me. If you’re not going to track where I went and how long I went, there’s no point in me having this app since Apple will do the same thing you do for free. This app has been deleted from my library as it serves no purpose.

Now paid subscription

And yet another subscription model. Ridiculous. Now pretty useless without "subscribing". My data is now behind a payment wall. Useless update other than yet another annoying subscription model. Not worth for the rest of us who tracked for the fun of it.

Doesn’t work with Apple Watch series 2 anymore

Since updating to version 6.31 the app is no longer available to install on my Apple Watch series 2. Why have you removed support for the older Watch.
