The app crashes a lot. It has sucks at being able to link with your geolocation. It’s a worthless app!

Feeezes, crashes, loads for hours, I’m taking about the kiosks. The app glitches too.
Steal your money
I put in a bet, won said bet and then sportsbet cancelled it saying it was a mistake. Absolute thief’s and the app is atrocious. Odds are trash. Could go on and on. Only Montana could screw sports betting up this bad.
Awful
The State of Montana certainly went with low bid on this vendor! Terrible app! The Legislature needs to consider a vendor that knows how to run a betting site. This is a terrible, horrible app, nothin works! Come on Montana get this fixed or Legislature get new app!!!
Can’t get money back
Hey guys, if any of you are like me and added money, then realized you couldn’t bet or get your money back. I got your way.
First I’ll start by saying I only added $18, so not exactly a big deal, but money is money. Once I realized it wouldn’t let me bet. Even though the app and website had access to my location, I immediately went to withdraw. Then turns out you can’t withdraw without winning bets. (Crazy in my opinion) so i immediately live chatted customer services told them I wanted to withdrawal and delete my account. They sent it to the “investigation” team and said it would be 24-48 hours. Okay cool. I gave them that, plus some and didn’t get a response. So again contacted them via live chat on website. After getting the same stuff I got last time. I decided to not back down. I threatened to report them to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, for doing this to multiple people, keeping their money basically hostage considering you can’t bet and can’t withdraw. After that they were quick to make it right and I could withdraw my money. Said it could take 1-5 business days to get withdraw, so we’ll see about that.
