Can’t get money back
Hey guys, if any of you are like me and added money, then realized you couldn’t bet or get your money back. I got your way.
First I’ll start by saying I only added $18, so not exactly a big deal, but money is money. Once I realized it wouldn’t let me bet. Even though the app and website had access to my location, I immediately went to withdraw. Then turns out you can’t withdraw without winning bets. (Crazy in my opinion) so i immediately live chatted customer services told them I wanted to withdrawal and delete my account. They sent it to the “investigation” team and said it would be 24-48 hours. Okay cool. I gave them that, plus some and didn’t get a response. So again contacted them via live chat on website. After getting the same stuff I got last time. I decided to not back down. I threatened to report them to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, for doing this to multiple people, keeping their money basically hostage considering you can’t bet and can’t withdraw. After that they were quick to make it right and I could withdraw my money. Said it could take 1-5 business days to get withdraw, so we’ll see about that.

Nothing but issues, constant troubleshooting
I can never get this app to work.
I’ve had to delete and download again several times. Always an issue, then if you can get it to work you have to go to a kiosk. Montana is so far behind in the sports betting game. The current betting setup is in efficient, un reliable, and an embarrassment. Due to having to troubleshoot issues I have lost out on 1,000’s in winnings on bets I couldn’t get to place.

Worst app I’ve ever used
Genuinely the most outdated app design and worst support I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been trying to withdrawal my money for the last month and there as so many ridiculous verification steps and requirements to pull money out. The customer support is horrible and it feels like I’m stuck in 2010 using the app. I hope this app and the company goes bankrupt because if you like sport betting, there are thousands of options that are better than this garbage.

Government Scam
It doesn’t allow you to withdraw money if you’re not in the geolocation. It doesn’t recognize the geo locations correctly. It forces you to drive to a bar to place a bet… literally encouraging drunk driving.
App is a joke
I wish I could give this less than 1 star. It will take your money and then never be able to connect to a machine no matter how close you are. Just another way for the state of Montana to rob from us.
Money is in limbo
I put money into the app before I knew that even when standing in front of a sports bet machine it doesn’t let you place a bet. So now I have $250 I cannot withdrawal because it hasn’t been wagered. I can’t wager it because the app will not let me no matter where I am at or what my settings are. So I guess I just lost over $200 that will never be spent because the app won’t let me. You’d think that since they advertise it so heavily that the app might actually function or that customer service might actually talk to you. What a joke. That’s a $250 mistake that I will never make again, might as well just use Kalshi at this point lol.

Turned Me Off Betting
Truly the worst sports betting app I’ve ever seen. I can deal with bad lines and even needing to be in an approved location. But the app never works, loading money is impossible and pulling money out is even worse.

Can’t even place a bet unless you’re in a casino.. Useless state with a million casinos but can’t place an online bet???

Don’t even waste your time downloading this app, it is a garbage app and anything question you ask customer service just gets ignored. I have jumped through every hoop they’ve asked and still nothing. This app should be removed and Montana should just allow actual developed apps to operate here. Garbage garbage garbage.

Without a doubt the worst sportsbook in the entire nation. Odds are garbage because the bar gets a cut even though they provide absolutely no value to you as a bettor (in fact they inconvenience you more than anything). Kiosks are ALWAYS down and having issues. Montana needs to just let in online regulated books and let the pathetic excuse of a book/app known as SportsBet Montana die.

This app is stupid ! You build a bet at home have to drive to casino have to go into casino get 2 foot from machine only to pull up your saved bet and have to put money in the kiosk even though you have funds online in app ??? Please figure it out !
Terrible
Multiple people complain that they deposit money into this app and are never able to bet with it or even bet with it. The machines work just fine but what is the point of an app if there constantly errors, verification that takes forever, lack of good or helpful online support. Never saves your bet slips either. Not that even seems to have a purpose. I just want my $40 bucks I deposited back or least let me gamble it away.

Don’t waste your time and money. This app is horrible. Loaded money, doesn’t recognize that I am right next to the machine to place bets, and if I can get the app to recognize I’m right next to the machine then the app is often having issues and won’t allow for bets to be placed. Montana messed up allowing such a horrible product

This is the worst betting app ran by the worst sportsbook in the country. You’re better off playing the lotto.
Would be great if it worked
This app hardly ever connects to the devices at their location. This state needs to legalize other betting services.
