New app broke ability to add events
This app now makes it impossible to schedule a future event at a time that’s earlier than the current time of day. For such a basic feature it worries me that they didn’t even test it.
The “Refreshed” App is no longer at a glance for multiple players - so frustrating to use now
The ability to see both of my kids schedules is gone as well as being able to see which events I’ve already rsvp’d to at a glance.
I wish I hadn’t updated or had the option to go back to the previous look. It was so much more intuitive and easy to view.

This app is annoying it goes blank when you click on it.
Need the red dot for new messages
I like the app but I’m always missing messages in the chat because the little red notification dot doesn’t show up on the app icon when there are new messages. Please add this!
Ghost notifications
Great except you never know if you have notifications, you get a banner if your looking at the moment a message comes in, but no flag or red typical notification on the app button to know if somethings in there waiting for you. Have to check it manually all the time. Committed to it this season, but will not for any other sports moving forward unless fixed.

Works for the schedule mostly
The schedule is the only thing that works most of the time. Can’t give availability as it’s greyed out. Can read any files sent through chat, so you have to send a picture but it renders it low quality to send it so it’s pretty much unreadable. Just wish the “features” advertised actually worked.
Notifications
This is a great app, one downside we cannot get the badge notifications to present so often messages and updates are missed. Any suggestions?
Needs some upgrades
Great App simple to use and make managing teams a little easier. It would however be even better if you could add and remove members to pre existing chats, delete chat threads and received notifications without opening the app.
Could use a few standard features added
Great that it hooks up to our association page and automatically syncs with the calendar. Would be great if it showed when there were new chat messages without having to into the chat, also to be able to acknowledge a chat messages without having a thumbs up or something would be helpful, so that people can acknowledge without having to just add more chatter. This app should get some of the same features as team snap has.

Glitch
App is glitching and won’t display information.
Time zone issue
App shows times in mountain time zone. But if your game is in a different time zone, you have to click on the game to see the actual time. This will either cause you to show an hour earlier than you need to or later than you need to.
Great potential but misses the mark huge.
I have used app for two seasons now as a head coach. This app has so much potential for sports teams. But the software doesn’t allow basic features to be adjusted by coaching staff of he team.
The schedule is only accessible by admin of the association. Not helpful for the coaches or managers of a team.
The chat doesn’t allow parents to be added to an existing chat so you have to start a new group every time someone is added.
The attendance feature while helpful does not set any sort of flag to those whom have not responded to an event.
The app itself crashes and logs out all the time.

Missing useful options
No option to leave or permanently mute groupchats, and no way to sort schedule by games and practices.
Comment like button
It would be nice to have a button to like a comment So that we can acknowledge that we have read it.
Too many notifications
There is no option to block chats, if you are a player you will get spammed with notifications from parents or managers that don’t even revolve around games, players, etc. there are many bad reviews and for good reasoning, the only reason our team uses this is because it’s built into our organizations website
