Please remove this app from your store!! I was hacked upon loading the app, using my email credentials, to creating an account for the app.
The hacker hacked into social media pages. It took me forever to regain access. It is apparent that this app is compromised by hackers to access new users personal information. Me, being one of the new users. I logged out of this app and will never use the key finder. Again, please remove this app from the App Store. It’s a bogus scam infested application!!

Unbelievably bad, not even usable
Completely doesn’t work even a little bit. Have to keep app and Bluetooth connected to make it work. Stuck in connecting disconnecting cycle that makes it completely unusable. App is completely broken. Device is better off in the trash

Followed instructions to a T. Won’t connect. Closed app reopened, same result. Removed battery and retested, same result. Waste

It’s a piece of junk and the app I can’t even close. I tried to re-download it and reconnect and it keeps crashing
Only get one if you’re considering it
The app cannot handle more than one spot at a time - I got 2 as a gift, and tried to use one for my wallet, and one for my keys. When I paired the second one, it connects and disconnects extremely fast to the point where I have to shutoff Bluetooth to even be able to use my phone. Poor product.
Doesn’t even connect
Brand new, even tried a new battery. Really?
Just doesn’t work
Pressed the button to pair with my phone, heard the sound, and waited. Nothing. Doesn’t pair, doesn’t give an error message, just keeps showing the same screen. Restarted Bluetooth, restarted my phone, still nothing. “Help” just repeats the instructions with no troubleshooting.
Just shows disconnected all the time
So happy I got this for free and didn’t pay for it but it’s brutal. I put it together with my AirTag in a suitcase and it’s been useless. Even now at my destination with plenty of wifi and signals around it still shows disconnected. Thank goodness AirTag in same suitcase shows no issues. I don’t know how much these sell for but at “free” it’s still useless to me.

I just purchased Bluetooth tags downloaded this app spent an hour trying to register the account, it just spins then just shows email and pass created but doesn’t allow me to continue pass that 😡
