There’s something going on with this app. It keeps saying it’s unavailable and has been doing this for WEEKS now.

App doesn’t work if device is on WiFi. You have disabled WiFi on a phone so it can see data/location.

Bro everyday this app is down… like what the hell is this app good for if I event even use it for 5 minutes.. always saying service is temporarily unavailable.. please try again later.. been saying this every day. Useless app
Woefully Incomplete
If you want part of what’s happening with little detail, go on ahead and see for yourself. I’ve had this app for months, and when a significant Code police event happened 2 blocks from me on my street on 5/8/26 and by 5/12 there’s still nothing on the map, I just dumped the app. 3 cars running full code abd the police aircraft circling overhead and… no mention.

Deliberately made this nearly useless
I can only assume they are deliberately making it more difficult to see area crime. The list view doesn’t show distances, the email removed addresses, and it’s just generally getting far worse and less useful.

It was a great app before. Now I can’t get anything. The app is frozen with a box that state it cannot authenticate. WTH?? None of the tabs or keys work. All are frozen. I deleted the app and reloaded it. No help. Same error and it’s still frozen. Please help fix this issue. I want my 5-star app back.

It appears that the app is no longer reporting from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, last report was from May 21st.

Full of Errors
This app should be banned. It’s full of errors and there is no way to correct the information. Shows someone was shot in my neighborhood but I live in a very safe area. The road name was the same as the road where someone was shot in the city more than 1 hour away. Tried to contact this app so they would upstate the information but got no response.

Despite redownload, software inoperable with ‘unable to authenticate’ error. App Store developer contact link/website http404. Good app when it worked.
Good but could use some more explanation
The app is good, however there are some icons that look like red teardrops and they have no explanation. There are several near my house but I have no idea what that means.

Decent app when working.. it’s been a good month since the last crime incident was added and I know for a fact that’s not true, the neighborhood I live in there’s crime happening near every day, this app was nice to know what I didn’t see but now it doesn’t even show it. I wish I knew of another app like this but I can’t find any, also I wish when there was crime incidents posted I wish they’d either have updates or more details cause it’ll say an incident and when it’s comes to suburbs when I check there’s always a detailed post for there’s but for a big city they’ll just say “warrent” “theft” “assault” “crisis” never a detailed post like suburbs 8/10 times have

No More Bliss
I live in a 55+ community, and assured there was no crime within 5 miles of the house and always outside the gates. HA! Source is local LE records, and we have our fair share, muffled locally by the homeowners association. Locking doors for house and cars now. Great program.

Keeps prompting for location services
Its impossible to type an address because the app keeps asking for location services each and every second. It does not even have Toronto Canada!
Inaccurate information
I wish there was a way to submit inaccurate information on this app to someone.

App appears to have stopped working. Haven’t had any reports changed since February 13, 2024.
