Unusable app
Once tap the event it cant go back to the list. Constantly logging out mid use. Very hard to see the full conversation as text box cant be expanded.

The app relentlessly pushes its endless upsells while offering absolutely zero flexibility—no exporting your site, no retrieving your own content or subscribers, nothing but a locked-down ecosystem that feels more like a hostage situation than a service. The app itself? Clunky, glitchy, and seemingly designed to remind you at every turn that you made a terrible choice. Honestly, the best feature is uninstalling it. Not user friendly, no help, must use desktop- not able to use phone
This has been the most frustrating experience. I was sold on this company claiming to make my life easier, and that is not my experience. Not only is this not a user friendly platform, it is only accessible via DESKTOP. So I can’t upload photos from my phone, make adjustments from my phone, which as a BUSY restaurant owner would be so helpful, I have to stop what I’m doing and go sit at a desktop computer to solve the MANY problems, and incorrectly posted AI generated Social Media posts. On top of the lack of user friendliness, when you need assistance from a person, they aren’t very helpful. It’s like I have to learn everything about SPOTHOPPER. Which I didn’t realize and definitely don’t have time for. Please don’t fall for signing up for this. It’s a nightmare. Hopefully this gets an overhaul because potential is there, but WOW, I’m frustrated everyday because of this program

No point
Was hoping to be able to use the app to manage social media, but no. Not really sure what the point of this app is. I cant even figure out if you can filter reservations by day.
App is trash
I use this app to keep up with reservations and everyday I have to find the qr code to log in. I get notifications when I’m home but I can’t log in because I don’t have the password.
Really Poor Lacks Most Functions
The app has realistically no function that is useful to most business. You can read other reviews and notice the same issue. The web model works great on a computer but the app is a waste of a 5 second download.

Inquires right to my phone
Love getting private parties requests right to my phone. My manager gets them too. Were already booked up for the holidays.
Job applicants come through here too so I can call them right away and schedule interviews.

I just download. Disappointed it doesn’t switch to work landscape. Using a physical keyboard is out of the question now.
Not useful
This app isn’t useful for me at all. I have auto responses set up to answer inquiries. I don’t need to answer them on the go. What I would have liked and expected from the app is the ability to edit social media posts, update specials, add events, etc. To limit the app to just responding to inquiries makes it useless.

Delayed orders
You have to physically refresh for new orders while the app is already opened. When you receive a new order the notification is very faint and you will not know if you have a new order until you refresh the app
