Request Acess Issue in App Only
The app is broken on iPhone. I can access my Spotify for Artists account perfectly in Chrome, but the app always shows “No artist access yet” after login. Please fix this bug.

Started off with issues but customer feedback team were very helpful and easy to contact. It’s actually a great app that provides very useful tools to keep track of analytics on my music

It’s diabolical that the artists are unable to share their own canvases via the app anymore..
System requirements
Last time I wrote a review, spotify for artists needed iOS 18, now it needs iOS 26, it's getting ridiculous. There's no reason for the app to be inaccessible, it is a statistics app, why could that possibly require the latest iOS updates? I haven't been able to use the app for a very long time now
This app is so bad
This app doesn’t update your streams or listeners, there are so many bugs, when you want to change your profile picture it takes about 30 minutes.
Cannot login!!!
Have been trying to login all week. My details still the same but error message keeps coming up after I enter my login details. Even after I enter the code it sends me. So upsetting and especially so since I’m only a new artist trying to finally put myself out there and what should be an exciting fun time, has turned out to be so unnessessarly frustrating because of stupid barriers like login errors. Very disappointed.

Can’t access my accounts!
I can’t even use the website on my phone because it keeps forcing me back to the app which is forcing me to update to Apple 18 which I have no interest in right now! Please fix this issue! It’s a joke I have no need to update my phone!

Okay so I finally updated to iOS 18, just because another there app that was more a necessity forced me to. I hate the update. Things are in less convenient places etc.
I thought well at least I will be able to use Spotify artist on my phone! But no! You have got to be kidding me!
What’s with your tech teams thinking they have the right to force a phone user to change the layout of their whole entire phone, just to use a single app!

Login failed multiple times
I'm trying to login with gmail for past 3days now. Every time it's showing some error after giving the otp. But in the browser it's working fine. So there is no account issue. Please fix this dumb application!

bad app function
make this app less buggy guys. i should be able to change my photos whenever i want. on the phone or on a toaster. lol

구글 로그인 되던 것도 이메일 로그인 하라고 해서 비밀번호 생성도 안해놨는데 어떻게든 비밀번호 다 만들고 해서 로그인 했더니 로그인 실패라고 해서 개발자팀에 영어로 문의까지 했더니 이미 인지하고 있는 문제들이라면서요. 인지하고 있으면 문제 해결을 해야되는 거 아닙니까.. 무슨 시스템을 이따구로..tlqkf!
Unable to log in with Gmail
I’m able to log into the website just fine but this app doesn’t have the option to log in with Google. Using my Google credentials with the app isn’t recognized.

Why why why would you be the only app that I can’t manage from an older device?!? Add another tick to why people are unhappy with Spotify. Lame.
Needs improvement!!!
I loved utilizing this app to monitor my analytics, but after a few days, the main screen kept freezing on a daily total and no longer reflected real time metrics.
I uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times, but saw no improvement. The app is great in theory, but needs some drastic overhaul for stability and reliability.

Can’t login
Every time I try to login, it comes up with an error and takes me back to the login screen. I end up having to login via a browser to access the site. This app is unusable.
This is no longer an app
This used to be an app that you could use to track your data. It is no longer an app. I sign in 5 times only to be told to claim my profile, which I claimed over a year ago. It let me in once, signed me out automatically in the background, when I tried to sign in, it asked me to claim my profile again. The update says bug fixes, which in this context means they added bugs to make this app unusable.
