Flights credit and checkout
While you can see the credits for flights in your account, you have to call to apply the credit as you can not checkout and use it. When you call, the answer almost always “the price changed” and somehow it is now more, despite seeing it on the application cheaper. Let us use our credit without hassle and gimmicks. This travel services and application is more headache than helpful.

Great for a 2009 beta app
App has updates every time you open (just check the update history on the app listing). Clunky interface. No visible improvements. Just an unnecessary app altogether. Product manager should move on.

Not worth it
Constant errors requiring me chat or call in to make reservations. App always needs to be updated.

Horrible. Has updates almost every time you open it, constantly has UX issues, ridiculously slow and lacking support.
Forced Upgrades
Forced upgrades and planned obsolescence of recent versions is a key indicator of perverse incentives or failure to plan proper API design.
Constant Updates
There are few things more annoying than having to update the app every time it is opened.

No landscape mode on iPad.
Received a random error trying to book a hotel on my iPad, iPhone, work computer via browser. I called their booking agency number and they got the same message too, and were unable to book the hotel. Kind of useless.

Very basic…
Horrible and difficult to setup; no landscape mode on iPads; seat map view doesn’t fit into the window size, … National ID - what’s one of those?
Expensive
So much more expensive than if I just booked direct thru American Airlines, Marriott or the like. Also if I book thru Spotnana, then I have to work with them to rebook when a flight is moved or cancelled instead of the airline directly, which takes a lot more time because there is some sort of delay where the Spotnana agent is delayed in even seeing the flight changes.
