Don’t bother
I could log in to the app easily enough, but could never update my information. I always received an error message telling me to call a phone number for help. No one ever answered it when I called. While there were plenty of businesses local to me on the app, no one bothered to offer any rewards or incentives for using it.

Password reset
Yeah, you still haven’t fixed the password reset. Very poor app that won’t let you reset a password. Very frustrated.
Garbage app
This app is trash. I tried a log in reset only to get a 404 code on the weblink they sent me to reset my password. It also doesnt allow for a second request to reset a password
Broken with seemingly no fix!
App closes immediately after opening. I attempted everything that customer support suggested - MULTIPLE times. Finally told it couldn’t be fixed and was suggested I leave a review. The ultimate fix came with the merchant changing to another program named “Toast!” Problem solved!
Worst ever
If I could give this app zero stars I would. The app itself doesn’t work, not on my phone or at the restaurant. The restaurant staff was extremely frustrated by this app!
I cannot get into my account and no one in support can figure out why I am getting error codes. Today they tell me the app is only good on Androids.
Every time I email customer service, no one responds, yet the very next day, I get an email saying they are waiting for my response. No one can figure out why they are not receiving my emails.
I won’t waste my time anymore. I just hope restaurants are aware of how awful this app is so they stop using it.
