HIGH and Secret Fees
I was charged an extra $80 on top of my fare for about 4 dribbles of dog pee that was on the plastic floor mat in the car! They said it’s to cover the drivers cleaning cost. I didn’t realize one piece of paper towel to wipe up 4 dribbles cost $80? Do not recommend this company!! 👎👎👎
Clean up fee scam beware
While our newly adopted dog was transported in a timely fashion, we received an absurd $125 cleaning fee with a picture claiming our dog vomited behind the drivers seat... luckily I had pictures of our dog being removed from that side of the car, both her and the backseat were completely clean. There is no possible way, in an hour car ride, that a dog would come out clean after vomiting ... furthermore we were there and asked the driver who said himself that confirmed went well during their drive. Customer service has not been responsive or helpful at all but we will continue to dispute this very wrong charge.

Scam! Terrible customer service
I figured I would give this service a try and despite the already obscene quoted price ($28 for less than 2 miles), I was happy with my driver and the pick up process.
Right after getting dropped off I received my receipt of $41+! I’ve emailed them multiple times over the past two weeks to get a response and so far have received nothing but crickets. This is terrible customer service and I will not be recommending this to anyone.
To be charged over $40 for a very short drive is insane and to be charged that amount without first agreeing to it is unethical and terrible business practices.
Expect to pay even more than the already sky high prices and dead silence from customer service. God forbid there was another issue aside from the price because you will never hear back. The lack of response makes me question the safety of this app.
Another issue with this app is the need to schedule rides at least 2 hours. You’re better off calling an Uber/Lyft and trying to see if the driver would let you have your dog.

Hope this works. (I heard a reviewer say the price might be a little higher than Lyft and Uber, but that would be a good thing. Uber does not charge high enough for drivers to be able to make a profit, so a higher price is needed. I’m more than welcome to pay a higher price so a businessman can make a profit. I would even use this even if I didn’t have my dog just to support the company and higher rates for drivers.)

Good to have as a backup
Good to know this service exists if needed but it’s too expensive and need to give two hours notice at a minimum. I won’t be using it regularly but good to have if there are no other options.
