First time Homeowner!!

After continuous searches through various apps and having no luck, I stumbled upon Spot score and within a DAY I was able to find a home that had everything my wife and I were looking for!! We were able to find our dream home and our realtor got us in the door the next day to put an offer in! I can honestly say I am a proud Homeowner and I owe it Spot Score. Extremely thankful this app came my way and when I know anyone looking for housing, I will always point them in the direction to use this app!!!

A First time home buyer’s dream

My husband and I were newly weds looking for our forever home when we came across spotscore! This app made is seemless to compare our (different) needs in our home. What My husband wanted and what I wanted all in one app- not just a bunch of listing of an area. Being though this was our first time buying a home we had many questions and wanted to be educated on each house we came across so we can express those questions and concerns to our realtor. I love how it’s more personable than your average home apps and allows you to compare your favorites. From searching for homes in PA to NJ to finding houses our realtor didn’t, we were able to find out forever home in NJ thank you spotscore!!!

First Time Home Buyer - Quarantine Edition

My fiancé and I were in the market prior to the 2020 quarantine. During the quarantine it became much more difficult to look at properties due to public health and safety parameters. The app was really useful for my fiancé and family to communicate regarding potential homes and filtering our likes and dislikes.

Unique

For me, what i really liked about this app is that I was able to connect with my girlfriend as well as our realtor. Every house my girlfriend liked I was able to see and vice versa. Also our realtor was able to see which houses we both liked and which we disliked. I think this is a very unique feature and can help both realtors and buyers so much.
