App needs serious work
Many common UI options (back button, dashboard view, filters) are missing from this app. Several of the features also do not work properly (buttons do not work, calendar does not let you select dates more than a week out despite showtimes existing). This app is advertised at the beginning of every movie at the springs, yet the product is very poor. Apparently this theater does everything but app development very very well. Will continue to be a patron of this cinema but I will not use this half baked app and I do not recommend anyone else does either, for now.

My favorite theater in Atlanta
Amazing sound & visual but even better service. Joyner and the crew always make the experience worth the drive from Smyrna. Joyner might be the difference maker between us going to Springs vs Silverspot. Great times always.
Seat selection difficult
This is the best movie theater in Atlanta, nay anywhere. The app developers need to fix the UI though. Seat selection got compressed down to a height of about 100 pixels. This wasn’t the case until recently. Also seems they logged everyone out. Code wise, every iOS app has a unique app identifier coupled with an identifier for the device. If the developer stores that in the database with the user credentials, they can auto login anyone to their account. This even works if the app is deleted and reinstalled, as those two values stay the same. I believe it’s one long string.

Last update broke it
The app was never excellent but it was useable. Now it is all messed up. Screen and menus do not fit. Things don’t show correctly… I love this cinema - I hope they did not charge you for this last “upgrade” of the app. Better roll it back.
Can’t look up by date!
The app shows the option to look up by date, but it doesn’t work. But the website doesn’t either so no surprise. Would probably go more often if it was easier to make plans. It shouldn’t be so difficult to find out what movies are showing.
