While the app design is sleek and swiping through listings takes zero effort, the platform is fundamentally broken where it actually counts: landing interviews.
After using Sprout for several weeks and swiping right on dozens of roles that perfectly matched my experience and qualifications, the outcome was universally dismal. Every single application resulted in an almost immediate automated rejection or a polite rejection email shortly after.
It feels less like a real recruitment tool and more like an automated rejection simulator. The AI matching algorithm seems completely disconnected from what hiring companies are actually looking for, pushing your profile into ATS resume screeners that flag and reject you instantly. Asking to pay for an app without a trial it’s not efficient. I I should’ve read the reviews before downloading not worth it based on reviews.
