App issue
Sprout internet itself has been mostly fantastic the entire time I’ve had it, as was the app until they gave it an overhaul, and now it constantly loses the names I’ve assigned to each device - didn’t happen previously. So frustrating when trying to manage kids’ access, please fix this glitch!!
App is terrible
Never connects correctly. Constantly says “we can’t find your account” who developed this garbage?

The Sprout app gives me the ability to see what is going on at home and to pause family members when needed and create a schedule.
