App issue
Sprout internet itself has been mostly fantastic the entire time I’ve had it, as was the app until they gave it an overhaul, and now it constantly loses the names I’ve assigned to each device - didn’t happen previously. So frustrating when trying to manage kids’ access, please fix this glitch!!

Never connects correctly. Constantly says “we can’t find your account” who developed this garbage?

The Sprout app gives me the ability to see what is going on at home and to pause family members when needed and create a schedule.

We’ve had very unreliable and slow internet for 20 years. We’re so excited to be able to have reliable internet with the ability to stream tv.

The sprout team was way above and beyond professional! From the guys burying the cable to the installation crew to the monitoring team!! Can’t say enough good things about them.
The wifi is blazing and we didn’t get the highest speed. I suspect the max speed would melt your chocolate lol
