Desert Suggestion
I went to Spur Ilanga mall, the children loved the upgraded game room. I enjoyed the food and the service was excellent.
I do wish the desert menu could be more diverse i.e add a variety of cakes.

Always Great food and service
I often stop at SPUR when travelling . The steaks are ALWAYS excellent and the restaurants are clean and tidy with nice bathrooms . One suggestion - please keep some honey that’s available on request ? I don’t use sugar and honey sachets can be handed out on request ?

Tasty food, bland app
The Spur app always glitches when you order and click on payment. It also glitches when trying to scan at the restaurant. I’ve deleted and downloaded it multiple times, despite the “updates” the issue continues.
Faulty app
App doesn’t work, keeps saying the server is down. I am able to log in on the tablet in store but despite deleting and reinstalling the app on my iPhone, it’s still domes the same thing. As a result I am unable to access vouchers and reward or free items like kids drinks
Fix it please
App didn’t work when I tried it, wouldn’t load. Waited a week and then managed to log in - tried to scan the bill and got a “downstream API error” come on guys
Excellent Service Spur Soaring Eagle
As usual Cheeseboy makes our dining experience exceptional, with her friendly hospitality I always opt to have my meals at Spur Soaring Eagle daily.
The efficiency of taking our order and recommendations of the specials is quite good.
Her product knowledge is beyond my expectations.
Regardless of whether it’s breakfast, lunch or supper, if Cheeseboy is on duty I always opt to eat at Spur.
Her service and work ethic is worth every dime spent.
Love Spur more because of Cheeseboy.

I was well served by our waitress Elisia. However, I lost out on the pensioner’s menu desert because I did not order it when ordering my main course. I feel the waitress should have alerted me to ordering å desert up front wit the main course.

Love the app, I don’t like downloading apps but this one is an exception. The point system at spur is amazing, I just realised that I have redeemed R500 in vouchers since I have joined. Soo worth it 😍
Ottery Spur!
I placed and paid for my order on the app before 19:30pm and then spur Ottery called me to cancel my app and said “it’s too late for them to make the food” they reassured me that that they will consult with customer care the next morning but they didn’t. I called in 3 times and they told me to contact customer care myself.. I am still waiting to be refunded

Food and service seems to differ from store to store. Value for money also a factor as it has become expensive to dine at a Spur.

Okuhle made our Easter even more beautiful.
Okuhle was exceptional. Brought my parents for Easter treat after church and my God was she a blessing. My parents are renting and raving still. The food was delicious and the stuff warm and friendly.

Best Spur In SA - Mountain Peak Spur Vergelegen
My wife and I had the pleasure of dinning at Mountain Peak Spur (run by SAs most efficient operator Lorette). I must say it was an experience to remember. From the moment we walked in, the ambience was welcoming and vibrant , setting the perfect tone for a memorable customer experience. The food was nothing short of outstanding , cooked to perfection , juicy , tender and incredibly satisfying. Portions generous and you could tell a lot of care had gone into preparation and presentation. Staff were all friendly , highly visible , attentive and genuinely cared about our dining experience . We will be going back and telling as many people as possible about our Gem of a Spur . Keep it up SAs best Spur branch .
