Train, record, share
About
What's New in Spyke
1.2.4
September 26, 2026
A big update to film, compare and share your training. • Studio: the Gallery tab becomes the Studio. Your clips, videos and photos in one place, a simple clip or a Duo in a few taps, and you can film or take a photo right from the Studio. • Duo: compare two videos of the same lift, side by side or stacked, synced and in slow motion, to show your progress. • Session recap: share your session, your training week or month, or the muscles you worked, on a photo, a video or a mosaic. From the end of a session or straight from the home screen. • Video import: add videos from your photo library, iCloud included, describe the lift and the performance, and add it to your history if you like: it then counts toward your records. • Cloud backup: videos of your records are backed up automatically, others with one tap, up to 10 GB. Get them back on a new iPhone. • Rep-max records: your best 1RM, 2RM, 3RM… for every exercise and complex, with the video of the set and how much you beat your old record by. Also new: • Redesigned video player: a cleaner look, and share the raw video or the version with its overlay. • An overlay that fits its text and moves anywhere, new gradient options, better export quality and an optional "Made with Spyke" tag. • Camera: 0.5× ultra wide and Cinematic mode on iOS 26. • Voice coach: new lines, and you can mute or unmute it right from the camera. • 45 new exercises, weighted timed exercises, and single-side exercises tracked left and right automatically. • Settings organized by category, HDR videos with natural colors, and many fixes.
