Pain in the butt
What a nightmare to purchase and get set up. 5 times I had to try to purchase this, and now that I paid for it, it won’t work. Trying to figure out how to uninstall it and reinstall it again but it’s still a nightmare. I regret buying this software

The computer software (Windows version) and this app work as advertised, extremely useful and reliable (and being used legitimately).
The only thing that doesn’t work is the live view ON THIS APP (it does work on the web interface). 🤷🏻♂️

Used to be good
This app was used to be really good. They don’t even answer support emails. Know they are alive because it was redesigned but it was just cosmetic it doesn’t work reliably anymore.

Loaded once. Now stuck in login
Let me log into the app once. Now, it’s the loading circle of death. Never ends. Never logs in. Please solve the app issues. Mine and all the others. Also, app says “SING IN” not “SIGN IN”.

Doesn’t work iphone 11
Thank god it offered a trial first. The only thing that worked is the list of installed apps on the Mac. Crashed a lot.
