Pain in the butt

What a nightmare to purchase and get set up. 5 times I had to try to purchase this, and now that I paid for it, it won’t work. Trying to figure out how to uninstall it and reinstall it again but it’s still a nightmare. I regret buying this software

Good, only one problem… 👀

The computer software (Windows version) and this app work as advertised, extremely useful and reliable (and being used legitimately).

The only thing that doesn’t work is the live view ON THIS APP (it does work on the web interface). 🤷🏻‍♂️

Used to be good

This app was used to be really good. They don’t even answer support emails. Know they are alive because it was redesigned but it was just cosmetic it doesn’t work reliably anymore.

Loaded once. Now stuck in login

Let me log into the app once. Now, it’s the loading circle of death. Never ends. Never logs in. Please solve the app issues. Mine and all the others. Also, app says “SING IN” not “SIGN IN”.

Doesn’t work iphone 11

Thank god it offered a trial first. The only thing that worked is the list of installed apps on the Mac. Crashed a lot.

Total junk

Before the latest update it was still junk, now they want to charge monthly for this garbage even if you're paying for the full desktop version.

Great when it works

Great monitoring tool when it works, unfortunately this is only about 30% of the time. Screen shots on window change are awesome however majority of the time both the app and website show download errors when trying to view the screen shots. Sometimes the live viewing works other times it freezes and won’t update. Same with the key logging, sometimes it works and other times it freezes and stops reporting. If the bugs can be ironed out then this would be the best app/program out there.
