Poor service
I bought the one month subscription and they double charged me $89.00 for it. I tried to download the QR code onto another device and it would not go through. The next day I tried it again and it referred me back to making a brand new purchase. I contacted customer support about the problem and they have yet to refund my money or resolve the issue. Keep in mind I only had just bought the apps service and had it for 5 days. I would highly not recommend this product.

Found out that I needed to have the target device for this application after I paid. Emailed support they never got back to me. So disappointed!!
Finally, something that actually works
Tried 3 of these apps before landing here. The others either stopped syncing after a few days or had half the features locked behind another paywall. This one's been running solid for 2 months

A must have to keep track of your family these days! It has a few glitches that are due to target changing settings, but that cant be helped. Great app!!

BIGGEST SCAM EVER. Fastest way to loose money and get nothing.
500$ down the drain and continues to still talk money. All 5 star reviews are paid for and fake, they make you do a 5 star review before you can exceeded with anything else, they hand out rewards if you rate 5 stars. I’m not a person who writes reviews,But holy.. this is badd. Negative 5 stars if I could. They are being closely investigated, which is also another thing you should steer away. As a person who seen this before, this “ company” will be no longer. As they are doing things beyond illegal than just invading privacy.
Claims on their website that you can see certain things you will not. No actually data useful loads up. Even if you pay an extra 200$ for premium for extra features. They will never load you see like the files load. That’s all you’ll get.
The customer service is fake, it does not actually exist, emails lead to a dead end, no reply. Service chat chat on website is probably worse cause they have her programmed to send you links that do not open. ( they made it try to seem like they want to help,They don’t)
You can’t delete you account, change card payment,. THEY WILL still charge you even if you unbind devices. That’s all you can do. Once your in, you will loose all your money and get nothing. 100$ extra charges every WEEK charges on top of a 12 month premium plan. no warning, just money will start disappearing, definitely stay away from this. They also hack into your own phone as you’re signing up, this whole website, is quite literally the biggest scam of all time. Also please note. They are being investigated due to many scams. They have everything made out to where you cannot unlink your card. Best way, if you made the mistake I did and realize it within 1 hour of getting it, call your bank, fraud. That’s exactly what it is.
