DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
The app has been abandoned so you’re unable to connect to the fitness board. Unfortunately this means that you can’t control the volume of the board which is pretty loud and a deal breaker for me since I workout early and need to be quite.
Unable to Connect
Even when trying to login to the app I cannot setup my profile. Attempt to enter street address and it immediate kicks me out basically making the app completely useless
Can’t get past sign up
When I try to type in the address, the screen shuts off. Can’t even use the app. Useless.
App doesn’t even work
I bought the equipment. Cannot even login. Wanting to return the item
Terrible
You cannot even get through the the login process because the menus are so glitchy. You scroll down to pick an option, it immediately scrolls back to the beginning. Assuming by some miracle you get the country added, the next thing that happens is that you get an error. Hopefully the workout machine is good because the app is garbage.

No addresses come up in the list, and the keyboard constantly disappears.
scammers who don’t pay the crew
These people hired a crew for their app production and didn’t pay for their work. It’s hard to imagine this in a large and serious company.
