Macht was es soll, die Übersetzung ins Deutsche ist nicht perfekt, aber man versteht was gemeint ist, und sie hat sehr viele Hilfreiche Funktionen.
Super glitchy app
Anyone else having major app issues? When the app will load, it won’t register finger taps or just freezes. Really frustrating. Yes, I have downloaded the most recent update for the app. No, I am not having any of these problems with other apps or with my phone in general…
Very frustrating
Please update your AI. It is very frustrating asking simple requests. It does not understand I want to use my rowing machine, instead it makes rowing exercises. If I ask it to make a workout 45 minutes it will make it an hour, it doesn’t matter how many time you ask. It doesn’t pull in skeletal muscle even though I have it in my apple health from my own digital scales. I wish I could export my data and use a better AI - I regret paying for the whole year.

Great Machine, App is catching up!
Speediance grew a lot since I started. Wellness Age was the thing that got me paying attention, it pulls together all the health stuff (sleep, HRV, training load) that I normally just ignore, and seeing it laid out actually pushed me to get moving. I also like that they added the AI form coaching and the movement videos, so I can build my own workouts right from my phone instead of guessing.
Only real complaint is the app has gotten pretty complex. Not a dealbreaker for me since I’ve gotten used to it, but if you’re not that tech-savvy there’s definitely a learning curve now with all the extra features (Wellness+, the health dashboard stuff, etc).
Overall the app and the machine work well together and it’s kept me consistent for months. 5 stars.

Luft nach oben
Die App wirkt sehr überflutet und ist nichts für Anfänger. Es ist nicht einfach Dinge dort zu verstehen und einfach mit dem Training zu starten.
Auch die deutsche Sprache sollte an unterschiedlichen Stellen immer noch verbessert werden!
