Best exercise machine ever!
I just retired and love having the Tonal in my home. I exercise way more than I normally would. The coaches are motivational and fun. Can’t say enough about it.
Try to cancel and see if you love it
You should be referred to whatever organization investigates and fines for making it impossible to cancel a subscription. I used to think this was cool until I needed to cancel for health reasons. These greedy companies who don’t care about you and just want you money should be fined so much for illegally making it hard for you to cancel. If you call they tell you… we can only pause it for you, you’ll have to cancel on your tonal. Go to the tonal and get a QR code, this then tells you that you have to go to the tonal to do it. Nonsense and absolutely illegal. Get lost tonal… I hate this thing now. Gonna sell the POS

Best. Home Gym. Ever.
I’m on a 222 week streak, and can honestly say that Tonal is the best home gym of all time. Staying consistent is easy. Tracking workouts is gamified and entertaining. The world class coaches are amazing. Tonal makes getting jacked way too easy. Great work, team!

Useless app
For the amount of money spent on the machine and the monthly subscription cost, you would think that they could have a functioning app. It should be able to do simple things like change a workout schedule intuitively, and make recommendations that have some basis in reality. A 65 year old male does not need to get continuous recommendations about postpartum recovery programs. They really need to do better.
