Hi. We're sorry to hear this... I've triple-checked and we haven't received an e-mail from you. Are you certain you're messaging info@keystagefun.co.uk? Every message to that address gets an immediate autoresponder that includes the override passcode, so you should have received that if you sent us an e-mail (worth checking your junk folder if you have one). We always aim to respond within 24 hours to all messages, so this is not usual for us. We've checked Facebook and replied to what may be your message (hard to tell as we don't know your name) with the override code. If that wasn't you, then please message us on @keystagefun on X (formerly Twitter) or Instagram. We are a lot more active on those platforms that Facebook, so it's likely we'd see a message sooner. Sorry about all this - not an experience we want people to have at all so my apologies - we'll revisit our Facebook settings and see if we can set up an alert for all new messages. Thanks... Hi. We're really sorry to hear about this. It's not something we've been able to replicate though (and we've tested extensively on lots of different devices). If you can e-mail us on info@keystagefun.co.uk and be more specific about exactly what it happening and what version of iOS you're using then we can try and resolve the issue, meaning you (and anyone else experiencing this problem) can continue to use the app without these frustrations.
