To anyone thinking of using Squeegee for their business I say do it! I’m just starting out as a window cleaner but I decided to go with Squeegee from the get go. I couldn’t imagine doing it any other way. So simple to use.
You look so much more professional than your competitors with their cash in hand or slips of paper with bank account details on with the automated payments, customers love it.
Susie and the support team are great too !

Best Window Cleaners App
I started my business during COVID and I was looking for solutions to my scheduling.
This app looks great on paper but if your not neurotypical then you will struggle.
It’s not very intuitive, the UI is and absolute mess!
And if you ask for any help from the developers or team that runs this and question the aforementioned issues. They will belittle and tell you there is no problem with there app and the problem sits with yourself.
So overall the app is ok’ish and could be better if the developers actually listened!
However when I shared my issues they basically told me I was an idiot!

Tried to resign up although that failed kinda wondering if it’s even worth trying with these guys anymore same issues for the past few years among other issues with the app. ; Issues that are Y E A R S old like this payment foolery why can’t you guys get ANYTHING correct at any point in your history?

Constantly evolving helping your business grow
The guys at squeegee are passionate about what they do. Squeegee is a great app, from a one man band, a growing business or franchises. We have been using squeegee for around 6 years and it’s evolving all the time. We have gone from 2 man on the road to 5 and looking for the 6th. Love this software. The are issues sometimes but the team are always quick to help. Like every developing software sometimes things happen. But I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A fantastic bit of kit for any service provider

The Best Window Cleaning Software
I Have had a window cleaning business for over 10 years now and have been able to try out the top four largest software brands over that time. Its been great to watch each iteration of software grow and improve. I have to say Squeegee sits firmly at the top and has done for some time.
However, I will say that Squeegee may not be a software for everyone. The same thing that makes it great, the sheer number of features and capability, also make it the most challenging to get the best from. But rest assured though, every minute that you put into the software rewards you with another easier, more convenient and more time saving way to run your business. Its is simply sublime.
Entering in new clients, easy. Round ordering and scheduling, easy. Payments and banking, seamless and easy. And the reporting is out of this world.
At this point, I was going to say, if you are a owner operator with just one van, then feel free to check out some of the other options, but on refection, squeegee software is so good, even the most simple of businesses would benefit.
If you do run multi-vehicle operations however, there is only one real choice. Squeegee is just so versatile and comprehensive, it just makes all other choices seem too simplistic and tedious. So bite the bullet, set aside some time to enter all the info and set it up properly and you wouldn’t believe just how easy and effortless running a data intensive business can be.

The Best software to date
This is the most dynamic software available for window cleaners. The content and round management is the perfect solution for keeping track of your business and help it grow. The team at Squeeg.ee are very responsive and the customer service is great. Highly recommended
Good app but bit pricey
This app takes a bit of time and effort to set up your work onto but you soon get used to the needed features and this makes my work so much easier to track and manage, especially as you usually take your phone with you everywhere you go including out to work on the jobs. My only thoughts are that I feel like a more reasonable monthly price would be £15 rather than £18.

Why won't it allow me to add multiple workers. Says maximum number of workers is 1.
Too buggy
This app is good when it works, but far too often bugs come in that prevent you from working. They have done well creating this app, however time to sell up and let some professionals take over.
Great… for UK
I think this would be fantastic but unfortunately doesn’t seem to be compatible with US business. Please reach out to me for Beta testing if you decide to branch out across the pond. Thanks.

Ollie recommended it and I’ve seen the system 1st hand. Used by many I know and they can’t stop singing it’s praises. If you’re a window cleaner, get it 👍🏻
When It Works
It would seem every time the developers make the smallest change they manage to break another part of the app.
Yes it’s is feature rich. Yes, it has plenty of features coming soon. But, breaking a cloud sync is not adding value to me right now. More so when you can’t invoice completed work or when work or customers details are not being saved back to the cloud.
We are paying for something that keeps on getting broken.

Best app for window cleaners without a doubt
Absolute brilliant app, wouldn’t have grown my business without it. Keeps everything so organised and has saved me so much time with paperwork. Customer support is superb they reply back so quickly.
Fantastic App
So happy I found this app.
It’s made scheduling and invoicing my work so much easier and more professional.
My customers love to fact that I email them the night before and receive an emailed invoice as soon as I’m done.
Looking forward to trying the new features!

Bug
This app is brilliant and you must be now why confused as to why I have given 2 stars, let me tell you.
There is a current bug which is creating duplicate future appointment and this has made customers suspicious and some have even cancelled. This needs to be fixed because why would anyone require duplicate appointments?
Example:
Bob smith is 1x every 2 months, squeegee is making an appointment for either the next month, or if it’s on the right month, it’s on a wrong day, so I have one appointment on a Tuesday and another on Thursday.
Can this be fixed please.

MUST HAVE !!!
I can’t describe the difference this app has made to my window cleaning business. The amount of time that I save planning and invoicing customers in a week allows me to focus on more important things. Great to use, great customer service. Can’t recommend more. All window cleaners should use this app.
