I love this app. It is practical and serves its purpose well. It has some exercises already included and allows you to create your own once you’re comfortable with the exercises. Great reminder option and statistics of your progress. 👍

Ads stop the exercises
This app used to be great but now ads pop up half way through the exercise which stops you from being able to carry on. If I want to use the app for over 2 minutes I keep having to restart the exercise. Please can you fix this?

I have tried similar apps before but I think this one helps with consistency. Have been doing these for about 10 months. Have seen a definite improvement as need less heavy duty pads. I was a carer for about 20 years and my pelvic floor was ruined. I would say I’m almost addicted to getting all my daily squeezes in.
I appreciate the update with a more subtle vibration alert for when each squeeze commences and concludes.

Lost Access to Premium
I can no longer open my premium account and all my data. Is this an error or do i need to buy it again?

Facility to Create Custom Kegel Routines is a Bonus
I have used this app before and after major surgery for building pelvic floor strength. It has been really useful. The facility to create a set of custom routines is especially helpful. I’d recommend it.

Can’t clear the Ads
I appreciate I need to see the ads on the free version but the clear button is placed behind other things on the screen (the clock or battery life etc) and does not close when tried, sometimes waiting over a minute after ad completed. Very frustrating as I’m trying to move onto next exercise, can only assume this is designed to get persons to buy the app without ads? Not for me….

Squeeze time - Kegel exercises is an incredible App that really help me strength my pelvic muscles. I could see results after the first days using it regularly. Amazing!

Annoying advert
This would be a good app but sadly there is an annoying advert that pops up after every exercise which I can’t remove from the screen unless I close the app. Please can this be sorted
Helping me at 28 weeks pregnant
I’ve always had a weak pelvic floor but since being pregnant every time I sneeze I have a leak. Ive been using this app for about 4 days now and two days in I noticed a difference. I’m not having to wear a panty liner anymore. Had 1 trickle in 4 days. It’s a simple app, for me it just motivates me to do something which I find really boring. I just do two of the exercises a day. I’d recommend keeping up with it everyday. I just do an exercise in the morning and one before bed. Already feeling stronger. Would 100% recommend

Good design, ok execution
The free version gives several options for exercises, but it’s one set of reps continuing indefinitely. Premium allows you to design a sequence – designing is not very intuitive, but when I sent feedback, the designer got right back to me and explained what I needed to do. However, two of the three days since I got the sequence designed, the app crashed in the middle of my sequence. There is no way to start where you left off, so you have to start again. The design it’s pretty good once you figure out how to program the sequences, but in general it seems buggy.

Great app to get your kegels in!
Really like this app, it’s helping me get my pelvic floor back in shape after pregnancy. Any chance we’ll get a version for the iwatch??
It’s the only way I will do these exercises
I’ve tried before many times and found kegel exercises so boring. But with this app I remain interested and want to keep up my scores. Having the visual and auditory feedback works and with the advanced version being able to set reminders and chart my progress is brilliant. And what’s more doing the exercises work! It helps a lot!

Exactly what I was looking for
Being pregnant, this app is helping keep track of these exercises. I also really enjoy the layout. Only issue I ran into was the “buy premium” screen can’t close. I have to completely exit the app and then restart.
