Drivers licence identification
My phone 1.0 zoom camera doesn’t work and there is no other way to confirm my identity with my drivers licence and reached out to get around it but no help they didn’t seem to care

Updated app doesn't work on my phone. Now I have to update to a new phone to even use the new app? This is unfair.
Make managing my money easy
The overall design and user experience is great, especially since it got updated in February. Makes it easy to see how much is invested where, how much extra money I’ve made in interest payments, and every transaction if I want to see the details.

Wow what an update!
I just updated the app and it’s like a completely different app. It feels very modern and seamless, setting up 2 factor auth and face recognition was simple and the app is so much faster to load. All the information about my investments is right there, whereas I was digging a little to get it before (or had to log in on the web to do) so I can do everything from my phone now which is great! Thanks for the awesome update!

Appreciate the updated App
Great new viewing and functionality. Setting up personal account works smoothing but looking forward to ease of company account step up.

Useless and pointless app
Keeps logging you out. Then when you try and log in it says it will txt you a code but it never arrives. The browser version is better but not won’t let you log in without two factor authentication using an app. But there is no option to txt an authentication code so you need another smart device to log in. I wonder how much real world testing was done.

Poorly designed app
It logs out of the app as soon as you go to another app. It’s also frustrating that you have to type in your four digit pin every time the app logs out when you go to use a different app. The app is a bit slow when logging in and there could be additional features like adding your bank account details for when you withdraw money and you want to state which bank account number to transfer the money out to. I think the app needs to be designed more well and be more user friendly. Other than that, it’s good for just viewing your accounts and transferring money in the app.

The app feels abandoned
The way the app locks up every time switch to another app for even just a second is super frustrating, give us at least like 30 seconds before locking up again.
Also, Face ID only trigger like half of the time and more than once I got stuck in the PIN screen after entering the PIN correctly, to fix I had to force close the app and try again.
And finally, please add all the features you have in the web portal to the app, because it’s very annoying to have to switch to the web app for some features.
You have a good product, just invest a bit in your customer experience please!

Can’t open with fingerprint sensor or password - just hangs.
More effort with keeping app updated
You are not keeping app updated quickly enough with iOS updates. Sign on to app not working correctly i.e. finger print sign on not working as it should.

Reporting a bug
Going from oncall and orders back to investment often crashes the app. Otherwise all good (tho loading could be a bit faster) ;)
