App doesn’t work and no updates
Salt River needs to get it together. Pretty ridiculous there isn’t a functional app to access!
Won’t update or download
New phone and it says not compatible. But I had the same phone before, and it worked fine. So why is it saying the app is not compatible. I have an iPhone 14 pro max.

When you open the app, you’re met with a message that says “App version is out of date, press OK to update” then it takes you to this App Store page.
Follow instructions on Salt River website and the app will work
Says app need version incompatible and click ok to update. Followed instructions on Salt River website and now it works! Uninstall app. Reinstall app. Restart phone. Success!
Can’t even open it.
I can’t even open this App. It gives an error that says it needs an update and takes me to the App Store where there is no update.

Would love to try the new app but no matter what I try, it will not work. Reset password, uninstalled and reinstalled. Powered down my phone.. nothing.
Error
The old version of this app was great. They need to work the bugs out of the new version. I keep getting an error message saying it is not compatible. I have deleted it and downloaded it again and still the same thing. Please get this fixed.

Restart app after updating
Previous users have indicated that the app still gives them an error message after updating the app. If you close out all apps/windows and restart your phone, the app opens with no error. ☺️

Unable to use app with new update, brings me to log on screen and says it needs to update, go to App Store and there is no update available
Doesn’t work
Had new update now app doesn’t work, sends me to App Store. I tried deleting it and downloading again and get same thing. Question I have is will I be charged late fee if app isn’t working by due date? Get it together guys!
