I’m unable to submit my leave application on the app. It shows the error: “Class teacher not assigned, unable to apply leave.” Please assist in resolving this issue.
Problem in switching chid option
In IOS version switch child function is not working, on pressing the related tab it continues to screen only.
Useless app and main intention to collect the money

We feel this app is completely useless. None of the features are fully implemented and none of them are functional.
Why you people make it mandatory when there is of no use with this to students? Stop making it mandatory and collecting the money from parents to avoid any further consequences.

Nothing works
Nothing in the app works. All the tabs have “no data” message. No data is captured and reported back to the app.

We are unable to see the child added after switching. Only loaders is showing.

I don’t understand they claim themselves best in using Technology but lag in many areas.
Even there are features on app to track, schedule, report etc.. apart from fee all are blank. If I go to report for last year it just has only one mid term file and error pops “Progress card not generated” They charge fee for tech and don’t even know how to use it properly

Issue in Switching child
In ios version switch child functionality is not working. On pressing the related tab it continues to loading screen only.

The switch child option does not function ever since this app has been installed, it’s cumbersome to enter different credentials every time.
Not able to login/register
Tried many times but always getting same error (Incorrect date of birth) even providing correct details.
School management is also not helping to fix this..!!
