App crashing
This app used to work flawlessly, however, since the new company bought it out, it is constantly crashing and freezing up. Please get it working like it used to work. Not just on the cell phone but in the office as well. It is embarrassing making arrangements in front of a family, and it constantly crashes or freezes up.

Can not get app on IPhone Xpro
I paid last week for this feature was told I was good to go, tried and no go, I emailed asking to check if all was clear and told “yeah, you’re good to go” guess what , no go! Nothing but a headache!
App won’t open
App updated 8 hours ago. Won’t open now. Using iPhone X, iOS 13.3

I would like to have the ability to add notes to cases and also have a way to see family link notifications.
