Canceled
I canceled on day 3 of my 7 day free trail because I realized virtual training was not for me. Two days ago I logged into my bank account and realized 19.99 was taken out of my account from SRV . I goggled the business and this came up. I was so surprised because I knew I canceled. I went back 4 months and this money kept coming out. So, I purposely tried to log in the app to see if i indeed have an account. It’s telling me to start a free trail again. So that’s definitely telling me I don’t have an account anymore if it’s requesting for me to create a new account. I message the owner and the business page but still not response. I just wanted someone to confirm if I cancelled or help me through it in case I did not but not one person reach out.

Malfunction
I purchased the app but I can’t use it. It refuses to load if it’s not fixed on the next few days I’m canceling my subscription
I’ll forever swear by this app!
I’m on week 2 and I already feel like a whole new person. I’ve paid for other programs and tried other apps, but this is by far the only app I will use from now on. I can’t even imagine missing a single day (except rest days) on this app. I feel engaged and like I’m working out with Frantzcesca, and it’s so easy to pick myself and stay motivated.
