I got stuck at the human verification step every time to track the shipping status or even trying to access my account details.
Seems like you just nested the verification webpage in the app… Why do I need to verify myself as a human while using your app. It’s understandable if someone access your website from a browser, and you’re not sure whether it’s a human or a program. But this is your own App, what do you expect?

I’m still waiting for my package, after reviewing a email stating my package is delayed. I haven’t gotten a follow up ever since.
Horrible customer service
Throughly disappointed with a luxury platform that has sold out of stock products twice. Shipping has been longer than expected as well and I’m in Toronto. If you’re far away from Montreal expect slow slow service.
The user interface can be confusing
The user interface can be quite confusing as it is difficult for you to understand if you’ve selected things appropriately and navigating the site properly.
