Keeps on crashing
The app keeps on crashing while trying to open on my phone. How come someone could get benefit out of it the way its performing like this.

This app feels unfinished poorly maintained and ignored by the management essential public utility.
Add payment status or bill History
Please update the app to display the payment status once a payment has been received. Additionally, include a bill history section for users, and apply a ‘Paid’ stamp on the bill after successful payment. Also update the app speed.

App speed is to slow also when we download the bill it takes too much time to download the bill.

Not stable and no features
Application is not stable as it crash again and again. There are very limited feature. As on Official website as they claim that customer can change the name of bill / ownership. Unfortunately it is not available in application neither on website. No login is available on website for customer login. SSGC should resolve these issue while we are living in era of Digital solution to avoid traditional manual systems.

1. Bill doesn’t load up, the app hangs when you try to load the bill.
2. Should appear as paid or not paid in the current section of the bill and in the bill history.
3. Response time is sluggish and app doesn’t respond on certain things.
