Does not work outside of Pakistan
Either app should not be available in global App Store to download, if it is available then it should work out of Pakistan.
Not working for Expats
For some odd reasons the app is blocked outside Pakistan. This app was the only avenue for expats to view and pay bills using their international bank cards.
Useless if you’re outside PK
Very frustrating that the app only works if you’re in Pakistan. Else it won’t let you log in to pay bills or get copies of bills etc. Not clear what the logic behind this silliness is but it makes it very hard to actually use the app.
Worst Application
After the update the app isn’t working. It used to happen every now and then but after the last update ( more than 3 months) the app isn’t working at all. As our country’s all institutions even KE doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and remains silent….
