Visually looks good but does not load, poor performance

Had bad performance, I signed up and paid for package. Just after payment was successful App keeps displaying loading gif loader, tried logging in 18 times with high speed 5G internet and app keeps loading after entering email OTP. One of the worst experiences with mobile apps, really disappointed with app architecture and backend services.
