Internet is bad

Dear Zong Team,

I would like to share a suggestion regarding eSIM services and customer convenience.

It would be extremely useful if Zong could introduce a feature in the My Zong App that allows customers to convert their physical SIM into an eSIM directly, without visiting a franchise or collecting a physical QR code.

Many global telecom operators already provide in-app or online SIM to eSIM conversion, making the process fast, secure, and fully digital. Adding this feature would significantly improve the user experience, especially for customers using modern smartphones and eSIM-only or dual-SIM devices.

Benefits of this feature include:

- Greater customer convenience and time savings
- Reduced load on Zong franchises and customer service centers
- Better support for eSIM and future smartphone technologies
- Stronger positioning of Zong as a digital-first and innovative network

Customer verification can still be handled securely via OTP, CNIC verification, or biometric methods within the app.

I believe this enhancement would be highly appreciated by Zong users and would strengthen Zong’s digital ecosystem.
