App doesn’t work at all

I have been using Upaisa app for sometime now. I am in the uk at the moment and since I have arrived, Upaisa app doesn’t work at all. I tried to switch off the location and used vpn too but no luck. Upaisa’s customer support is awful and unprofessional to say the least. They have no clue whatsoever about the issue. They only give you reasons based on their assumptions. I have a handsome amount in Upaisa account but have no access to my funds.

Defective APP - Useless

I cant even log in to my own Upaisa app in IOS. I called customer service who assured me to fix the issue within 24 hours. It seems no one cares. What a disappointing experience.
