App doesn’t work at all
I have been using Upaisa app for sometime now. I am in the uk at the moment and since I have arrived, Upaisa app doesn’t work at all. I tried to switch off the location and used vpn too but no luck. Upaisa’s customer support is awful and unprofessional to say the least. They have no clue whatsoever about the issue. They only give you reasons based on their assumptions. I have a handsome amount in Upaisa account but have no access to my funds.

Defective APP - Useless
I cant even log in to my own Upaisa app in IOS. I called customer service who assured me to fix the issue within 24 hours. It seems no one cares. What a disappointing experience.

Poor Experience and Unfair Deduction
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience using UPaisa. I activated the Rs. 450 package, but Rs. 900 were deducted from my account instead. I reached out to customer support, but didn’t receive any proper assistance. This kind of service creates distrust among users. UPaisa really needs to improve its system transparency and customer support to maintain credibility.

Biometric error Unable to Register
On iphone 16pro, 1x lens cannot focus on fingerprints up so close, the app is not designed to automatically switch to 0.5x lens to focus. Unable to register

Why you added permanently notification?
On app icon you guys added permanent notification that we notice all the time there is notification on upaisa app but when login there is no notification, good marketing technique but it’s irritating all the time that we have pending notifications
Notification is showing in app icon
In aap icon notification is showing (1) is written in the right corner. It’s happens when we have any notification in any app but I opens it many times but still it’s appearing and there is no update inside the application. Same thing is happening with UPTCL app sometimes it’s appears and sometimes disappears but on upaisa it’s continuously appearing fix this issue please I always thought that there is some message. Application is working properly, I think this will only work if you scan the same fingers on which your sim is registered. I purchased super card recently from this application and from now on I will purchase packages from this application.
