StableStay

StableStay is where horse people find boarding, plan the haul, and hire the people who care for their horses — with verified identities, real availability and a safety standard the industry never had. PLAN THE WHOLE HAUL Tell us where you're going and how many hours you want to drive each day. StableStay places overnight stops along your actual driving route and shows stables with availability near each one. BOOK REAL AVAILABILITY Every listing shows live stall, paddock and pasture capacity. Send a request, the host approves it personally, and pay securely by card. Cancellation policies are shown up front. SLEEP NEXT TO YOUR HORSES Filter for RV hookups (amps, water, sewer, pull-through, rig length) or book the grooms quarters or guest room right on the property. HIRE VERIFIED STABLE HANDS Grooms, barn managers, exercise riders, braiders and farm hands with verified identity, email-confirmed references and reviews from employers they actually worked for. Order a background check — it runs only with their consent, and every component says exactly which source was checked. FOR STABLE HANDS Build a portable profile, collect verified references, run your own background check and carry the badge between jobs. Review your employers on safety, fair pay, housing honesty and respect — so the next person knows what they're walking into. YOUR HORSES, FULLY BRIEFED Upload Coggins and vaccination records; AI reads the dates and flags anything lapsing before a host accepts. Hosts receive a care brief for each horse. AI CONCIERGE ON EVERY BOOKING Ask anything about a listing, get arrival checklists, and search in plain language: "pasture board near Ocala under $30 with trails and a 50 amp hookup." FOR STABLE OWNERS Turn empty stalls into income and staff your barn from the same account. List in minutes, set your own prices, approve every guest, and get paid securely. Free to join. You pay only when a host accepts a booking, or when you order a background check.
