This company is the worst company ever to use for shipping, I advise you not to use it at all, you will be overcharged and you will never receive your product
Have to sign in EVERY. TIME.
The app is so worthless. You have to sign in every single time you use it, so itโs actually more efficient to just use your browser as that will actually keep you signed in.
The service itself is pretty disappointing, too. I have a 3.5 lb box coming to me, but because of its dimensions, it was classified as a 5 lb box. That means Iโm paying $56 for shipping a 3.5 box with a pair of shoes inside. This was my first and last time using Stackry. Shop & Ship and Boxit4me are both considerably less expensive.

NOT GOOD.
Two shipments with small items as a beta test. Never arrived. Just the facts. User beware. Not that it matters but the entire shipping process is very cumbersome and not efficient.

This service is absolute trash... Tried to direct cards to Mexico ... They wouldn't forward them. Tried to send a brand new cell phone from Google Fi. They stuck it in "limbo" saying "preparing for hazmat" waited weeks for packages to ship... While I was paying the bill on the phone in transit.
*After* shipping items and paying the fees they unecessarily started Requesting additional info like pictures of me with IDs and such. Didn't immediately see the email so significantly delayed the ship... (Also ... Why go thru this process AFTER creating the account and processing shipments ? )
overall been using this service for months... Been a complete nightmare and haven't received ANY packages yet

I was just charge over 100% of the cost of item shipped in customs fees ($54) a $50 phone ... I had to pay on delivery .... I ship electronics often and never have gotten charged over the standard 6.7% fees. Obviously not stackrys fees but they base tax rates off what is declared. If stackry did their job right there shouldn't have been such a high and unpredictable tax rate.
Stackry was no help at all with customer service. ... No resolution at all. I ended up spending (2x$70-2 month cel bill while stackry delayed shipment, customs tax-$54, $60 -shipping, cost of device $50)
Which totals: $304 .... for a $50 phone to be delivered 300 miles south of the border (over 2 months) ๐๐ผ

Need approvement
The app need to be more useful than the website. We have to login every time we use the app. Notifications outside the app is not working.
