About

Stacks brings calorie tracking and strength training together in one app. It opens on today: how your calories and macros stand against the targets you set, so you see where the day stands as soon as you open it. Adding food is a few taps. Search the OpenFoodFacts database or look up a barcode, create your own foods when you need to, and save a meal you eat often as a recipe to add it again in one tap. If you miss a day, you can still add meals to past dates so the history stays accurate. For training, build your own workout templates or start a session and add exercises as you go, and with Stacks Pro lay those templates out over a week, rest days and all. Weight and reps are recorded with input modes for total load, per side, per dumbbell or bodyweight, with a rest timer between sets. Every session is kept in a full history, with personal records and per-exercise progress. Body weight and measurements are recorded over time, with body weight shown as a 30-day trend. Each week, a review brings the period together: average calories per day, weight change, training volume and number of sessions. Daily targets are calculated from your sex, activity level and goal, whether you are cutting, maintaining or bulking, and optional reminders prompt you to weigh in, add the day's meals and check the weekly review. You can export your data at any time, or delete your account and all its data in one step. Stacks Pro is an optional subscription. It unlocks unlimited meal photo and receipt scans, training programs that lay your workout templates out over a week, rest days included, and a suggested weight and rep count for your next set, based on your own training history; every other feature works without it. It comes as a monthly or an annual plan, with a free trial for new subscribers, and renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The price for your region is shown in the app before any purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple account. Terms: https://usestacks.app/terms

What's New in Stacks

1.6.0

Your training log goes deeper. Warmup sets are logged without counting toward volume, 1RM or personal records. Unilateral exercises are logged one side at a time, and the pair reads as a single set. Each exercise carries its own note alongside the per-set one, and the demonstration photos are back. The workouts tab answers how the week went: working sets per muscle group, the rest actually taken on each exercise, and a consistency grid that can be shared. Statistics open beyond the current month, with any period measured against the one before it. With Stacks Pro, templates lay out over a week with rest days included, and each set comes with a suggested weight and rep count drawn from your own history. When the same weight holds for three sessions without clearing the rep range, the suggestion proposes a lighter one to restart from. The streak now shows itself. The flame fills in the moment the day is recorded and stays hollow while it is not, so the day still to log reads at a glance. The evening reminder names the run at stake. And a missed day your freezes can cover is bridged as soon as you log again, instead of ending the run. Also in this version: • Three tabs, Food, Train and Body, with a plus that opens everything you can add • A notification center that keeps what was sent to you • Reminders arrive in your device's language • A scanned receipt line can be corrected by hand before it is logged • A refreshed palette across the app
