What's New in LiftPath
1.6
August 1, 2026
App Store "What's New in This Version" • Compound Sets — build your own combos, like lateral raises into front raises, with any number of exercises. Each movement still tracks its own weight, reps, and PRs. • Edit Any Exercise — rename or fine-tune anything in the library, including built-in exercises. Your edits survive app updates, and your history follows the rename. • Warm-Ups Excluded from Stats — warm-up sets are still logged, but they no longer skew your volume, averages, or personal records. Existing records were recalculated. • A Better Exercise Library — compounds get their own category and filter, search now covers category and equipment, and backups keep your warm-up markings. • Smoother Logging — one clean keyboard bar with Previous/Next/Done, no more phantom sets from stray taps, and a set list that stays still while you type.
